Use of 7-Mc crystal in place of feedback capacitors in conventional mvbr improves stability and waveform while still permitting operation down to 750 kc. Circuit also operates with one crystal; variable 7-47 pf capacitor in noncrystal-controlled side permits varying pulse width on this side over wide range.-H. R.
