Transistors switch row of LEDs on in succession to give rising-bar display indicating input voltage. R2 can be ad-justed from minimum range of 0.1 to 0.5 V in 0.1-V increments for five LEDs to maxinlum of 1.0 to 10.0 V in 1-V increments. Input resistance of circuit is above 100,000 ohms.-F, M.
