Opamp at right is driven by dquare-wave output of comparator at left, with feedback between opamps providing oscillation. Frequency range covered by tuning control R3 is determined by equalvalue capacitors C1 and C2, which range from 0.4 μF for 18-80 Hz to 0.002 μF for 4.4-20 kHz.
