RD9481 is a special hybrid microwave integrated circuit object displacement detection. It can accurately detect moving objects. Its internal circuitryis composed ofthe microwave transceiver circuits. It is composed of two gated amplifiers, voltage comparator, state controller, the delay timer, blocked the timer and reference voltage source.
