AT24C08 is an integrated circuit of a storage, which is the memory chip of Changhong 51PT28A back projection color TV and TMP87CS38N single door microcomputer.1.function featuresAT24C08 contains 12C general circuits, E2PROM electrically erasable programmable ROM and digital byte address/calculator and other circuits. The internal circuit of it is shown in Figure 1.
