Four-stage i-f using silicon planar epitaxial transistors gives 35 db suppression of second harmonic for input of 0.3 to 30 mV. With one more stage and resistor RM across feedback diode, total phase shift is less than 25 deg.-R. F. Kirkpatrick and R. C.
