This circuit uses one section of an LM3900 connected to form a Schmitt trigger. Both inverting and noninverting versions are shown. By adjusting the values of RB, RF, and /RIN, the switching values of VIN can be set to any desired levels. National Semiconductor Linear Applications Handbook 1991 p 244
