This circuit uses both sections of an XR-13600 (Fig. 11-1B) to form a log amplifier. The amplifier responds to the ratio of current through Q3/Q4. Zero temperature dependence for VOUT is ensured because the TC of the A2 transfer function is equal and opposite to the TC of the transistors. EXAR Corporation Databook 1990 p 5-258
