BA5913F is an integrated 4-channel servo-driven drive circuit, which is often used with the the BA6849FP integrated circuit that 3-phase spindle motors drive, and it is used in Toyo LU-1l100 DVD cores to drive focusing, tracking, feeding and loading motors. The BA5931F internal circuit is shown in Figure 1, which is in 28-lead package with cooling fins, and its pin functions and data are listed in Table 1 in which ⑧ and (28) are earth terminals and ⑥、⑦、⑨、⑩ and (11) are empty pins.
