7-watt AF power amplifier featuring thermal shutdown with load connected to the supply voltage. Capacitor C3 is 1500 pF typically with C7 being 5600 pF. Generally C7 should be five times greater than C3. Typical supply voltage is 16 volts for the rated output. Input resistance is 5M. Input voltage is 220 mV PMS. With a supply voltage of 9 volts the output power will be 2.5 watts (courtesy GTE Sylvania Incorporated).
