This circuit utilizes the MRF123 TMOS power FET The MRF134 is a very high gain FET that is potentially unstable at both VHF and UHF frequencies. Note that a 68-Ω input loading resistor has been utilized to enhance stability. This amplifter has a gain of 14 dB and a drain efficiency of 55%.
