Control voltage input in range of 0 to －10 V is converted linearly to frequency of digital output pulse train haiving fullscale value of 10 kHz. Internal regulation of circuit makes operation essentially independent of ±15 V supply level.A1 is opamp integrator, A2 is comparator, and A3 is precision mono MVBR.
