The Second SME Summit of China electronic Industry is held in Shenzhen at April 10th. Finding the solution of enterprise’s development is the subject of this summit. Langxianping, the famous economist in China, has attended this summit; some representatives from influential firms will also join to discuss the development strategy under the current economic situation. This summit is mainly held by China Electronic Appliance corporation and Hangzhou weiku information & Technology Co.,Ltd, which attracts many medium.

Influenced by the Japanese earthquake, European debt crisis and the high cost of raw material and labor power recently, the global electronic industry has a plain achievement. The small and medium enterprises in china face the worse environment.

The Chinese electronic enterprises have come across many difficulties and obstacles in international market from the first half of 2011. First is the global economic slowdown. Consumer’s purchasing power has decreased, so they become more sensitive for the price of product. The number of exporter will also decrease, and the exporter will have a higher demand for the quality. The profit to the manufactories will be less and less. Second problem is about the Renminbi rate. The Renminbi rate appreciates, which will make the profit of USD acceptable company decline. The cost of export is keeping growing. The cost of raw material, transportation and labor power is the last element, which also brings huge influence to the enterprises.

According to statistics, there are 4000 large-scale LED enterprises in Shenzhen first half of 2011, among which more than 100 midstream package companies and 300 downstream application companies have closed down. In November of 2011, Nokia Siemens had declaimed to shear 17000 employees, which means the traditional firms of telecommunication equipment are going through a hard time. There were ten main firms of system equipment several years ago, but the number has reduced to five now. What is worse, the export of LCD television also encounters many difficulties. The economic situation is still uncertain; the whole industry needs a wise eye to help to take the right countermeasure.
