Cooper has developed its offering of Solar Combiner Boxes, which meet UL1741 for use in grid-tied solar photovoltaic systems.

The product offering of combiners from Crouse-Hinds groups input wires and circuits from several arrays or solar panels into one main buss or feed going to the inverter.

They are available in a range of 36 strings rated for 600V and 1000V in a number of enclosure materials and finishes, and also available with a number of options including factory supplied fuses, integral disconnect switches up to 400A, surge protection, DC string monitoring, pre-wired solar cable whips and factory supplied enclosure entries.
