Recently, Europe decided to put a 600-million-euro investment into research for improving the Internet traffic and generating new infrastructure to carry data. Years ago, the European Union was trying to launch a massive Calileo satellite navigation system to rival the Global Positioning System and the Chinese and Russian projects, however, the issue was much delayed and since then, the EU’s record in high-tech areas has been doubted.
The Large Hadron Collider, another failure in the early years, is a nuclear physics experiment that aimed at revealing some deepest secrets of the university inside a 27-kilometer Swiss mountain tunnel supported by the European Union.
The newest launch is about seeking a new architecture that is capable of realizing an "exponential" increase in data and sending a more readily grasped signal to millions of netizens and organizations for the future Internet, and make their dreams of real-time interactivity on the move slowly becoming possible.
An initial amount of 90 million euros is invested for the first stage of a five-year public-private partnership, matched by funding from private organizations across the EU. According to commissioner responsible for the EU’s digital agenda, the Internet economy will be growing up to 5.8 percent of GDP or almost 800 billion euros by the year 2014.
Every year, the Internet data traffic grows by 60 percent, and this project is designed to promote innovation and find solutions to solve the problem of Internet traffic. The commission promise a 300-million-euro investment by 2016, matched by the private sector, the commissioners also concerned about safeguarding European values like privacy, openness and diversity.
The initial projects include Internet tools for things like electricity management at community level, before a large scale trial, new governments always find vast differences in billing across departments. Social networking webs connect over a billion people worldwide and help people to corrupt regimes and overthrow autocratic. As the world is becoming more and more smarter, the information generated by people and our environments can be used effectively in real time. The related integrated circuit is LM1037.
