For example, the transmission rate of 3G network should be 144kbps when it is moving with high speed. If the CIF picture is secured, the rate must reach 512kbps. The immature technology and the insufficient broadband are the fatal elements of the wireless movable monitor. But 4G supports the down load speed of 100Mbps. Then, the wireless monitor can not be popularized widely because of the high fee. But the fee of 4G may reduce, which will make it more acceptable. Lastly, the current 3G video movable terminal is not totally suitable for the video monitoring, for example, the volume of the ordinary hard disk is too big to install. And the 4G will be more flexible.

The 3G network has almost formed, and developing the 4G networking is the next step for many countries. 4G network is able to fill up the shortcomings of 3G, although it still has its own weak points.
