IBM claimed on Thursday that they have developed a technology on chips. This technology can use light impulse to sand data immediately so that the speed of computer reform is fastened.

The basic element called silicon photonics, is being used in super computers to establish connections between servers. Besides, competition to raise speed of chips among companies is being carried out. How to reduce cost during production in order to fasten the communication speed inside devices.
