According to media in Taiwan, the market of green sources has been on a steady rise after the devastating financial crisis. And also, there is an increase of 4 percent compared with the same period in last year. Besides, the cost of producing green energy has been reduced while that of regular energy has been raised. However, on the other hand, it remains risks which the industry depends the government so much.

Green energy industry includes two aspects, one is the new energy and the other is the energy saving industry. Solar energy, wind power generation and hydrogen energy are included in the new energy while the energy saving includes LED lighting, advanced meter-reading systems and the ESCO.

Because the green energy will become one of the important priorities for the government, there will be a 30 percent increase in this year.
