As China is under the way of industrialization and urbanization construction, the total consumption of energy is on the front rank of the world. Therefore, it is the priority that China should choose the way for a energy saving and low emission society to achieve a country which is low carbon and sustainable. The wide development of LED lighting and OLED technology are one of the break-point for low carbon economy.

Energy is a kind of substance which has the terminal amplifying effect. Different consuming mode will lead to different energy consumption respectively although there may be the same building and ways of lighting. Take automobiles for example, energy efficiency is quite low with almost 70 to 80 percent lost and only 20 percent to be used for propulsion. As a result, technologies such as how to break down and how to make use of the potential remaining energy.
At present, auto industry all over the world has become more and more environmental friendly. China has claimed that it will reduce its auto emission to 132 grams by the year 2016. The most important aspect for China to save energy is the building energy saving, which is very urgent at the moment. Because of the unreasonable design, there is much energy which is used in situations in which should not be used. So LED is the best way for energy saving of building.
