The 3036 RF digitiser module has been added to the PXI 3000 series of RF modular instruments by this firm. In order to be used in vector signal analysis, the frequency range is extended to 13GHz. The 3036 is a RF digitiser operating over the band 250kHz -13GHz, with up to 90MHz wide digitised -1 dB bandwidth and 13-bit ADC resolution. For the general purpose RF component testing and alignment of radio communications transceivers, the PXI Studio software application supplied as standard with the 3036 performs spectrum and time domain analysis of sample data.
