Secondly, the most important 3D safety section is the personnel. With the wide application of the social media and Web 2.0, the internet in the office has a great change. The safety protection in the past only needed to stop the specific application and port. However, with the development of web application, some of these techniques are regarded as the tool to promote the communication and cooperation. Meanwhile, this double-edged sword brings the managers challenges. This technique should not only resist all the different kinds of threat, but also not limit the business operation. Users of the IT system are the key of the safety process. Missing the clients may lead the malicious attack and data loss. Many corporations neglect the workers to participate the safety process. Actually, workers are very important. If they have gained the train and the related information, they will be able to help reducing the safety risks.

Third is the executive force. Safety can be regarded as the better control for the protection of all level. Unfortunately, corporations always have different kinds of safety policies, which will make the IT complicated.
