Recently, a virus called Stuxnet has attack the industrial controlling system in Germany, which is an alarm for all the controlling systems.Although this virus has been under control, it is a challenge for manufacturers under situation where there is a strict restriction. To face the information safety challenges, governments all over the world try their best to improve the safety system and to enhance the ability to handle emergencies.

At present, it is a complicated task for many IT industries and automation departments to develop a comprehensive network services. The IT departments may not be familiar with the complicated industrial system, so any small mistake may bring about big fault. Now, there are many technologies which may combine computers for industrial use. However, no matter what kind of technologies, there is a common default, that is: it is a must to make a big change to these present systems if such these technologies be implemented.

Now, there are many kinds of anti-virus software and little differences can be found out. As a result, many people and much money are needed to deal with the issue of updating and maintenance. Usually, these software can not be integrated into the previous one. Fortunately, there has already solutions for those problems. At present, standards such the Windows, TCP/IP protocols which are accessible to virus are used, so it is of great importance to enhance the regulations to ensure a much safer industrial operating environment.
