The 4G network aims to support the movable wireless access which has the high speed to transmit the data. The expanding of the 3.5G network will come to an end, which is the transition of the 4G. Overall, developers are trying to establish the practical commercial model, and making use of the network updating expenditure to achieve more profit. Although operators in Japan, America and west Europe are concerning to release the 4G service in the year of 2011, many operators in developing countries are still trying to make the 3G network perfect. For some developing countries, the wireless communication has not popularized to the rural areas; therefore, the 4G is not particle. On the contrary, operators in these countries are trying to expand the overlay scope of the 3G network, and reach the sharing agreement with the infrastructure supplier.
