Broadcom Corp., the dominator of offering global innovative wire and wireless communication semiconductor solutions, announced that there are two new products added on the catalogue of Broadcom’s leading secure single-chip SoC products series, which are BCM 5882 and BCM5883. These two models are the most integrated secure single-chip system processor, which provides a highly expandable and economical information secure solution for PC device manufacturers. The new products adopt short range telecommunication technology, a secure processor and biometric function in addition to multi-factor, multi-selection and data protection process to isolate the user identification from main computing system.

These two information security platforms are suitable for various products series and sizes to allow IT manager use a uniform security information platform. In next few years, short-range communication will be pervading. The adoption of short-range communication in the filed of PC and panel can achieve the purpose of user identification, payment, virtual currency trading, tickets selling, ads and location service and applications.
